The Elms has a stunning building and beautiful surroundings, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by inconsistent service and a lack of attention to detail. While the food was generally good, the service during our visit was incredibly frustrating, and the room we initially received was not up to par. The Elms is a great family-friendly hotel set in the beautiful rolling hills of north Worcestershire. The staff is exceptional, especially when it comes to accommodating kids, and the outdoor areas are perfect for little ones.
